OUR STORY

The year was 1976, George Dieleman was living in Winnipeg and was the owner of his own successful business. He made a life changing decision. He was given the opportunity to work with Hershey Canada Fundraising in British Columbia. He packed his bags and came to Vancouver to start his new career with his family in tow. George made Hershey Chocolate Covered Almonds a household name in the schools for many years to follow. In 1990 George retired and handed the company to his daughter Wilma and her husband Robert.

OUR GROWTH

Over the years the vision of the company changed, the company became a full service fundraising company and expanded in all directions. The company has grown from one product line in one province to a full service fundraising product supplier helping schools and non profit groups from British Columbia to Newfoundland. The company now offers a wide range of fundraising options all year long. The company is proud to have launched their very own direct sale candy line in 2019.

OUR FACILITY

Dieleman Fundraising runs their operations from their head office in Surrey, BC. All orders are packed and shipped from their adjoining warehouses. The company takes pride in handling all office and warehouse operations simultaneously to provide the best customer experience possible. Their 16,000 sq. ft. facility allows them to handle orders from start to finish eliminating any middlemen.

ROBERT & WILMA BRAND

Robert and Wilma are owners of Dieleman Fundraising. Partners in business and life this dynamic duo not only oversee all aspects of the company, they are hands on in the workplace 24/7. These two wear many hats and know their daily company operations intimately.

LINDSAY BEN

Lindsay is our office manager, she keeps everything moving and functioning. She has done every job description here at DFS and is constantly striving to improve our operations. Lindsay always goes the extra mile when it comes to customer service.

JAIME BRAND

This design guru is the creative genius behind all of our catalogues. She is our in house designer and so much more. Jaime handles many aspects of our daily operations including customer service. Jaime is truly passionate about this family business and comes to work everyday with a smile.
